Our client brief was quite particular in this instance, as it involved a family of seven adult children whom were assisting their elderly parents to downsize.

There were wheelchair access requirements, multi-generational living needs, emotional moments and a number of personalities to navigate simultaneously. 

Needless to say, in just on 2 months we went from service engagement to contract exchange on a beautiful home – a home the parents felt had the familiar character of their current home of 56 years.
