The perfect home was found in which the scope to add value was immense. Collaborative calculations were checked and a $1,000,000 profit was on the cards!

A highly strategic auction purchase was devised and executed. The result? A dream home bought $220,000 under reserve, 7% under market value and all within 4 days of service engagement.
